Coach Development

The regionalisation of football by the SFA has allowed a more effective and efficient delivery of Coach Education courses across the South West Region. Courses have been programmed to enable all coaches to progress systematically from one level to the next. The regional staff deliver courses on the children and youth pathway up to the Level 4 Award. There is also a greater degree of flexibility within the programme which has enabled staff to deliver courses specifically to leagues, associations and clubs where appropriate.
