The Scottish FA Quality Mark is a "National Plan for Youth Football Development" initiative which supports grassroots club development. With 250 clubs and schools already participating, over 4000 coaches have benefited from coach education and first aid training to date. Via Quality Mark, the Scottish FA and partners will work with clubs and schools to broaden youth and community participation and to enhance player, coach and volunteer development.

. The information collected on the form will assist the Scottish FA to better understand the size of your club and the levels of current coach education provision.
